... and hopping straight into summer! That's just what it felt like, opening the wonderful box. There was banner inspiration from Ms. Smith's Telling Tales class, and snatches of stitching, clipping and snipping ...
... and, as a background, the reverse of a very old piece of patterned paper. I daren't show you the right side - it's clear I was not in my right mind when I bought it. And as for the rub-on? A very (as in very) old magazine freebie and a sip of Martini too many with the last slice of the delicious cake ...
Thank-you for popping in, and look forward to seeing you next week after, possibly, more nice things to nibble and (hiccup) a little something with crafting friends over here: no wonder the sun is shining in my world today! And may it be in yours too, wherever you are ... :).
What a wonderful surprise to receive. No wonder your face was lit up with a beaming smile. Love the marzipan figure. Wouldn't have lasted two minutes in our house haha. We both lurve marzipan. Have a great weekend. Let's hope the sun keeps shining. Pxx

Your weekend sounds like great fun! What a bright and cheerful page; it certainly cheered me up here in gray and cold Rochester. I'll be more than grateful for spring!

Aww! The box contents revealed! And what a smashing way to reveal them! So bright and cheery on these drab pre-Spring days!

Wow, Alexa! I'm catching up a bit, with people's blogs and I started with yours ('A' for Alexa etc). How colourful and bright and amazingly cheery! Not quite your "usual thing" either - I sort of associate your scrapping style with understated and muted colours, clean & crisp lines, probably "boxes" and "lines" too... And then you go and make this, which is so different - but so lovely and Such Fun!
